I work with driven, dedicated athletes of all levels, from competitive youth and high school athletes to collegiate, elite, and professional performers. Many of my clients are ambitious, sensitive, high-achieving individuals who care deeply about what they do but find themselves struggling with performance anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism, confidence, mental blocks, or the pressure to perform. Whether you're trying to get back to your best or reach an entirely new level, we'll work together to help you move forward with greater confidence and freedom.
-
Absolutely! Performance isn't limited to athletics. I also work with actors, musicians, dancers, writers, and other creatives who want to move past self-doubt, creative blocks, performance anxiety, perfectionism, or fear of judgment. Whether you're on a field, a stage, or in a studio, the goal is the same: to quiet what gets in your way so you can fully access your abilities, creativity, and potential.

Individual performance coaching sessions are 60 minutes. Each session is tailored to your goals and may include exploring underlying patterns, processing performance-related experiences, and using brain-body techniques to help create meaningful, lasting change.
-
Performance intensives offer an opportunity to go deeper in a concentrated period of time rather than spreading the work across weekly sessions. We begin with a pre-intensive session to clarify your goals, identify what's getting in the way, and develop a personalized plan. The intensive itself typically includes three hours of focused work using Brainspotting and other experiential, brain-body approaches to address the deeper patterns contributing to your performance challenges. A follow-up session helps you integrate the work and carry it into your training, competition, or creative life.
Intensives can be especially helpful when you're facing a persistent mental block, performance slump, loss of confidence, or a challenge you want to address more deeply.
-
Individual performance coaching sessions are $200 for 60 minutes. Performance intensives are priced separately based on their structure and length. We can discuss which option makes the most sense for your goals during an initial consultation.

Traditional mental performance coaching often focuses on conscious strategies like positive self-talk, visualization, goal setting, and mental toughness. These tools can certainly be helpful, but sometimes knowing what to think or do differently isn't enough to change how you actually feel or perform.
That's where my approach is different.
I work beyond the conscious mind, using Brainspotting and other brain-body, nervous-system-informed approaches to address the underlying emotional experiences, protective responses, and subconscious patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Rather than simply teaching you how to push through anxiety, override fear, or manage a mental block, we work to understand and process what's driving it in the first place.
The goal isn't just to help you think differently about your performance. It's to help you experience it differently—with greater freedom, confidence, trust, and access to the abilities you already have so you can reach your full potential.
-
It depends on what you're working through and what you hope to achieve. Some athletes and performers experience meaningful shifts in just one session, while others benefit from several sessions or ongoing work, especially when addressing longstanding patterns or multiple challenges.
My goal isn't to keep you in coaching indefinitely. It's to help you create meaningful change and develop the confidence and freedom to move forward. We'll continually assess your progress and determine what makes sense for you.
